For the 9th consecutive year the Municipality of Polygyros welcomes the Summer Festival of Art and Culture. The festival opened its gates on July 1st and continues with theatrical performances, music, dance and parallel events. The summer evenings are complemented by art exhibitions and local feasts. In addition the Municipality of Polygyros hosts trail runs in mountainous and urban areas, while the 4th Rapid Fischer Random's Open Chess Tournament is also taking place, as well as the 5th Open Rapid Polygyros Chess Tournament. The actions of the Municipality will continue in the autumn at various points and the pre-sale of the tickets will take place at the Municipal Radio of Polygyros at the ground floor of the Town Hall.
