Region of central Macedonia participated, with great success, in the “BlackSeaBasinTraditionalCraftsandTastesPromotionDays” event that took place in Tekirdag, Turkey, from 19 – 21 September 2014 within the framework of BSB Tour of the “TourismpathsoftheBlackSeaRegion (BSBTOUR)” programme.
At the exhibition, which this time was organized by TrakyaDevelopmentAgency and was an event of the program that concerns a multilevel cooperation of countries that have geographical and historical contact with the Black Sea, Region of Central Macedonia presented a large number of local and traditional products. Those products, admittedly and according to the organizers statistic data, generated great interest, a fact that caused the Greek stand to be recorded as the first one in terms of visitors. For this achievement, the willingness of our producers to contribute with their products, undoubtedly, had the most significant role and helped create a representative culinary area with a variety of choices.
Finally we would like to note that apart from Greece and Turkey the other Partners of the «TourismpathsoftheBlackSeaRegion (BSBTOUR)» are Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia.
