Second Meeting of the project “Tourism Paths of the Black Sea Region” (Tourism Paths of the Black Sea Region - BSB Tour) in Odessa, Ukraine

In the context of the European Project “Tourism Paths of the Black Sea Region”, the second meeting of the partners took place in Odessa, Ukraine. There was a 2-day seminar and a 2-day workshop from 28-31/10/2014 and the main subject which was discussed was: “Sustainable Management of Tourism Businesses: Hotels, Restaurants, Travel Agents, Cruises Transport Infrastructures”.

The project is funded by the Joint Operational Programme «BLACK SEA 2007-2013» and is implemented by the Region of Central Macedonia, which is the leader partner and partners from six countries : Turkey, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Armenia, Moldova and Georgia.

The seminar was well-attended by participants of the above seven countries and there were reached very interesting conclusions. The purpose of the seminar and workshop was the creation and development of communication channels between the seven countries, the strengthening of the common relations, the exchange of cultural elements, creating partnerships through joint actions for the tourism promotion of our regions. Apart from the partners, there were many attendants from Ukraine, such as Odessa City Council representatives, university teachers, travel agents, hotel and other tourism businesses representatives.
